LowCostPlots.com is an online property listing and lead-generation platform that connects property owners, buyers, developers, builders, and real estate agents.

Section 2

Platform Role

LowCostPlots.com acts only as an online marketplace and lead-generation platform.

We do not own, sell, purchase, broker, verify, or register any property unless expressly agreed in writing.

We are not a party to any property transaction between buyers and sellers.

Section 3

Free Property Listing

Property owners may list their properties free of charge.

  • No upfront listing fee is charged.
  • Listing approval is subject to our review and platform policies.
  • We reserve the right to reject, suspend, edit, or remove any listing without prior notice.

Section 4

Success Commission — 0.50% Buyer + 0.50% Seller

If a transaction is completed between a buyer and a seller introduced through LowCostPlots.com, a Success Commission of 0.50% of the final sale value is payable by the buyer and 0.50% by the seller (total 1%, shared equally).

  • Both shares are payable before the sale — that is, before the execution of the Sale Agreement or Agreement to Sell.
  • The commission applies only when the buyer was introduced through LowCostPlots.com.
  • Failure to pay the agreed commission may result in suspension of services and other legal remedies available under applicable law.

Section 5

Buyer and Seller Responsibilities

Buyers and sellers are solely responsible for:

Verifying ownership
Title verification
Encumbrance Certificate
Survey records
Registration documents
Government approvals
Layout approvals
Conversion permissions
Taxes and dues
Property boundaries
Measurements
Market value
Possession
Financial transactions
Identity verification
Legal compliance

Users should obtain independent legal, financial, and technical advice before completing any transaction.

No Legal Verification

LowCostPlots.com does not verify or certify:

  • Ownership, Title, Legal documents
  • Government approvals, Survey records, Encumbrances
  • Property measurements, Registration eligibility
  • Building permissions, Property legality

Any representation regarding these matters is made solely by the property owner.

Section 7

Disclaimer of Liability

LowCostPlots.com shall not be liable for:

Property disputes
Ownership disputes
Fraud
Forgery
Fake documents
Title defects
Registration issues
Financial losses
Payment disputes
Boundary disputes
Government actions
Tax liabilities
Any dispute arising between buyers and sellers

All transactions are undertaken entirely at the users' own risk.

Section 8

User Declaration

By posting a property, the property owner confirms that:

  • They are the owner or an authorized representative.
  • The information submitted is accurate.
  • They have the authority to advertise the property.
  • They accept responsibility for the accuracy of the listing.

Section 9

Property Content

Users must not upload:

  • False listings
  • Misleading information
  • Illegal properties
  • Copyright-infringing content
  • Offensive material
  • Spam or duplicate listings

LowCostPlots.com reserves the right to remove any such content.

Section 10

Leads

Buyer inquiries are generated through the platform.

LowCostPlots.com does not guarantee:

  • Number of leads
  • Quality of leads
  • Successful sale
  • Purchase completion

Section 11

Privacy

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Section 12

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, design, logo, software, and source code belong to LowCostPlots.com unless otherwise stated.

No unauthorized copying or reuse is permitted.

Section 13

Termination

LowCostPlots.com may suspend or terminate any account or listing that violates these Terms.

Section 14

Limitation of Liability

The maximum liability of LowCostPlots.com shall be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

LowCostPlots.com shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the platform.

Section 15

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Section 17

Mandatory User Agreement

Before submitting a property, every user must confirm:

“I confirm that I am the owner or an authorized representative of this property. I understand that property listing on LowCostPlots.com is free. I agree that a Success Commission of 0.50% is payable by the buyer and 0.50% by the seller to LowCostPlots.com before the sale, i.e. before the execution of the Sale Agreement or Agreement to Sell, if a transaction is completed with a buyer introduced through this platform. I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for verifying ownership, title, legal documents, approvals, registrations, taxes, encumbrances, and all legal compliance. LowCostPlots.com acts only as a property listing and lead-generation platform and is not responsible for document verification, legal compliance, financial transactions, or disputes between buyers and sellers.”
