Free Property Listings

All property listings on LowCostPlots.com are 100% free. There are no upfront charges, subscription fees, or paid plans of any kind.

1% Success Commission

A 1% success commission of the final sale value is payable to LowCostPlots.com only when a property listed on the platform is successfully sold through a buyer sourced via LowCostPlots.com. The commission is due after the sale transaction is completed and payment has been received by the seller. No fee is payable if the property is not sold or is sold through another channel.

Listings & Verification

Property information is shared by owners and agents. Buyers must independently verify all documents, ownership, land-use classification, and legal status before committing to a purchase.

Liability

LowCostPlots.com is not responsible for the outcome of any transaction between buyers and sellers. Users are solely responsible for their due diligence.
